Changes to Employer/Member Details

Please let the Scheme administrators know when Member or Employer details change. These changes can all be made on Broadstone's portal www.4myStaff.co.uk.

Change of details for employer contacts and any contributing members

 Bank Account detail changes - complete a fresh Direct Debit form in the Document Section of 4myStaff

 Dates when Ministers/Staff in the Scheme are leaving your service or retiring

 Changes to pensionable income e.g. changing to part time, or a pay increase including the date from which the change will take effect

 Employer name change as a result of a CIO conversion or amalgamation

 Where a member has been off work due to illness or injury for 4 weeks or more, or if there is a possibilty they will be, e.g. a scheduled operation
